Dear fieldtrip users,
I am using fieldtrip for beamforming source analysis.
I try to interpret the units of the source power results, which are for my data in the range of 10^-07 to 10^-10. I am using the fieldtrip version of 01.05.2012; with an older version (e.g. of 2009) I get the same numbers but in a range of 10^27 to 10^30.
I have already noticed that there was a change for the singleshell method, which I am using; a new scaling factor was introduced in the beginning of 2011:

However, I am still wondering whether I can interpret the results in physical units or not. Can they still be interpreted in tesla /fT (as if they had the old scale)? Or am I possibly doing something wrong as 10^-07 to 10^-10 does not seem a meaningful range.
Thank you very much!
