[FieldTrip] downsampling MEG data

Dear fieldtrippers,

I have recorded some MEG data with a sampling rate of 6000 Hz.
I would need to downsample it to 600 Hz.

What is the best way to do it?

It something I have to do in the preprocessing I guess.

Any advice would be really appreciated,
