[FieldTrip] doublecheck significance cfg.alpha and cfg.clusteralpha

It does affect the output.mask field, which can be used for plotting. 
This will have a 0 for a time-frequency-channel triplet if its p-value 
is above cfg.alpha, and a 1 when it is below it. Other than that, it is 
superfluous.
