[FieldTrip] grid - bug in ft_prepare_leadfield

Hi,

there might be a bug in the latest release of ft_prepare leadfield (version 20110113):

In line 172: [sourcegrid, tmpcfg] ...
but later on, the code only refers to "grid" not "sourcegrid". Changing "sourcegrid" to "grid" solves the problem.

By the way, I get a conflict with the graph2d-toolbox, as this toolbox has a function called grid.m
