Dear Lifeng

I would not know whether we have the 3D positions measured for that  
subject, but the 2D projected positions for plotting are the ones that  
correspond to fieldtrip/template/easycap64ch-avg.lay
and to the section http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/tutorial/layout#easycap_layouts
on the tutorial page that explains how to work with 2D layouts for  
plotting.
