[FieldTrip] Topographic scaling of ERP data

Dear Stephen,

I am not aware of any FieldTrip function that achieves this scaling. Looking at the method, it seems that it should be able to implement this is not too many lines of matlab code. Maybe someone else on the list has some code lying around.
