Hi Elli,

Yes, that's a good point. What I sometimes do, is to also store the mixing matrix which comes out after ft_componentanalysis (i.e. the comp.topo). When you have this matrix, you can very cheaply re-ICA-filter the data. Yet, note that with different filter settings in the preprocessing, the ICA-components (and topographies) may also change.
