[FieldTrip] Data preprocessing after ICA artifact correction

Hello everyone,

I am interested in using FieldTrip to remove EOG artifact on my data before
other processing. I followed the example at
http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/example/use_independent_component_analysis_ica_to_remove_eog_artifactsto
remove EOG artifact across all conditions (that is to say, when I
imported the data with ft_definetrial I imported all conditions into a
single structure). After having done that, I hope to a) preprocess the data
(re-reference, demean/baseline-correct, and maybe low-pass filter); b)
separate the data such that the data for each condition is stored in a
separate variable, so that it's ready for event-related averaging. However,
it seems that I can't use ft_definetrial() and ft_preprocess() on data that
I have already imported into FieldTrip and done ICA on. Does anyone have any
example code for how I can do the above processing steps on the data after I
have already done the ICA artifact correction in FieldTrip?

Thank you very much,
Steve Politzer-Ahles
