redefinetrial on freq output

Hello,

Is it possible to use redefine trial on data from freqanalysis? I need to do the frequency 
analysis on long segments of data to recover low frequencies, but am interested in 
comparing one cycle of alpha at two non-overlapping time segments within each trial.
