Nested analysis

Hi Fieldtrippers!
I have a question about an analysis that I would like to do.
In this experiment I have the following design:
2 group X 2 stage X 2 stimulus X 278 electrodes combinations (plv)
wherein group is a between factor and all the other factors are within factors.
The electrodes combinations is nested in the stimulus factor and the stimulus is 
nested in the stage factor.
How could I menage this situation?
