Hi all,

I am facing a problem that has been raised before (see the thread below): 
how to consider the three different sensor types of the 306-channels 
Neuromag system when performing cluster-based permutation analysis in 
Fieldtrip.

Eric Maris suggested to either simply sum the power at the pairs of orthogonal 
planar gradiometers, or to invent some more sophisticated way to retain the 
orientation information.

I wonder whether anyone has tried these two solutions (or others).
