[FieldTrip] Debian packaging of fieldtrip

I think Robert answered a lot; I didn't know it ran under Octave 3.2, the last I checked was 3.0.
Anyway, it doesn't need anything from Kurage (kuh-rah-ge -- it's Japanese for Jellyfish). That
stuff is really old anyway.
