Dipole fitting with openMEEG BEM model

  Addendum:
The error occurred when scanning grid location 34104 of 800000. So it
seems not to be a general error but more something like a exception
occurring every once a while. Ain't very good either. It may be very
good if someone could explain me what's going on and how to solve it.
