Hi Tom,

I hope I understood your question right, let's say you have 2 conditions, 1
group of 3 subjects;

nSubj=3;

cfg.design(1:Nsubj) = 1;
cfg.design(nSubj+1:(2*nSubj))  = 2;

cfg.design:

    1 1 1 2 2 2

I don't think there is anything special about time-frequency plots compared
to timelock - or sourcestatistics. Although you can make things as
complicated as you want of course!
