single trial source signal

Dear Vasan,

You could try doing freqanalysis with cfg.output = 'fourier'; and then sourceanalysis with cfg.method = 'pcc'. If I remember well you should specify cfg.keeptrials = 'yes';

For freqanalysis I used cfg.method = 'mtmfft' ( = without keeping time-information), and cfg.taper = 'hanning'; That should work.
