Dear Jess,

You could define a montage with your two sources in BESA and project the
whole data set on the two sources. Then you export the projected data as
for example simple binary that you can read in with fieldtrip. Thus, you
would have the single trials already projected on the two sources. I am
not sure if that is exactly what you want.
