freqstatistics; data 1versus data 2

Dear all,

I have a quick question concerning  freqstatistics(cfg, data1, data2):
If I get a positive raw effect at some time t and frequency f that means that: data2(t,f) > data1(t,f), correct?
It's a bit difficult to follow the transformation of data1, data2 and the design variables through the code of the various layers of statfuns.

Best Regards,
Michael
