the output of the function-freqdescriptives

Hi Shen-Mou,

/Plv/pspctrm contains the /p/hase /l/ocking /v/alues, /plv/pscptrm/sem/
contains the /s/tandard /e/rror of the /m/ean of those phase locking
values. The variables without the 'plv' in front of them contain the
regular power spectrum.
