LORETA - what file

Hi everybody!

Is LORETA implemented in FieldTrip? I would like to localize source using
it.
I want to find source using only 1 timepoint of EEG (19 electrodes) so I
want to use low-level script. Can you tell me what file performs LORETA's
algorithm?
