Dear Marco,

Indeed this is possible. You can make a mask field in your data
yourdata.mask = (yourdata.funparameter > 0.075 & yourdata.funparameter <
-0.075)
Subsequently you set cfg.maskparameter = 'mask' and you can also use the
cfg.opacitylim to set the opacity to the desired values. See also the
plotting tutorial on the FieldTrip webpage lowest part for more info.

Subject: [FIELDTRIP] sourceplot

Dear all,

when using sourceplot whit surface method is it possible to plot only
values exceding a certain threshold?

for example, i have values between -1.5 and 1.5, but i would like to
plot only values between -1.5 and -0.075 and between 0.075 and 1.5.

Thank you,

Marco
