sources' coordinates

Dear Marco,

You can use the interactive mode in sourceplot (method = 'ortho',
interactive = 'yes') and than click on the cluster's center (or use location
= 'max' and then the cursor will automatically be set on the voxel with the
maximum value). Then the coordinates are printed on the screen. Or you can
make a logical mask with only the voxels that are exceeding a certain value,
and look at the .pos of those voxels.

Hope this helps,
Ingrid

Subject: [FIELDTRIP] sources' coordinates

Dear all,

I reconstructed the sources of my time-frequency data. Now i would
like to have the coordinates of my sources.

Is there an easy way to have the coordinates of sources exceeding a
given value? Is it possible to only have the coordinates of the
cluster's center?

thank you,

Marco
