Dear Alex,

I also detected the buggy nanmean in the classification/utilities
directory. They were fixed last week by Marcel and now contain the
correct functions with a slightly different name. Please update your
fieldtrip version to the most recent one.

About the directory adding: please see http://fieldtrip.fcdonders.nl/faq/should_i_add_fieldtrip_with_all_subdirectories_to_my_matlab_path
  (which I just created).

best regards,
Robert
