Sources' reconstruction

Dear all,

I'm new with Fieldtrip, so i have some questions.

I would like to do the sources' reconstruction of my time-frequency data
(obtained by another software).
I've allready done the preprocessing, time-frequency analysis for all
subjects and now i have a file containing the average across subjects. How
can i use that file in fieldtrip for the source reconstruction?
