scaling plexon *.nex data changed

Dear plexon nex users

I have modified the scaling of the data from plexon nex files in the
corresponding low-level functions by a factor of 1000x.

It turned out that this data was scaled as milivolt/mV, whereas for
allmost all other formats fieldtrip uses microvolt/uV scaling for the
data. To ensure consistency, I have changed the scaling for reading
and writing plexon nex files to now also use microvolts. Please be
aware of this when you compare computations done with different
versions of fieldtrip, and when interpreting your figures.
