new implementation of routine to read ctf-data

Dear all,



As of tomorrow, the release version of fieldtrip will contain a new
implementation of read_ctf_meg4, which is the low level function to read
ctf-data. The old version did not always correctly handle very big datasets
(> 4GB), or even crashed when specific favourable criteria were met. As far
as I can see, all works fine (reading in data goes actually faster than
before), but please keep your eyes and ears open.
