indicating reference channel in coherence topoplots

Hi Sameer,

You can use the cfg.highlight = channelnumber and cfg.hlmarker = '+' (see
help topoplot.m for details). As long as you use topoplotER or topoplotTFR
(they both call the lower level function topoplot.m that does the actual
plotting) it will work.

Bests,
Ingrid

Subject: [FIELDTRIP] indicating reference channel in coherence topoplots

Hello,

How does one get topoplotER to mark the reference channel (say with a
cross) when plotting coherence values?

Will the same thing work for marking reference channels while plotting
results of clusterandanalysis for coherence change?

thanks,
sameer
