Layout for planar gradient

Hi Vladimir,

Options:
(1) Use COMBINEPLANAR first, then TOPOPLOTTFR
(2) You can try to create an appropriate layout using the function
CREATELAYOUT in fieldtrip/private (I do not known if that will work
tho ...) and use that
