Hello Ingrid,
Thanks for the answer, i tried to plot using the source plot with this
configuration
and i get the error, in this case should i need to transform the data before
i plot
cfg.method='slice';
cfg.funparameter='coh';
cfg.nslices = 20;
cfg.slicedim = 3;
sourceplot(cfg,fdmtmfft);
??? Reference to non-existent field 'dim'.
Error in ==> fieldtrip-20070222\private\grid2transform at 9
if ~isfield(volume, 'xgrid'), volume.xgrid=1:volume.dim(1); end
Error in ==> sourceplot at 189
data = grid2transform(data);
Thanking you
With regards
M.Muthuraman.
