.lay layout file for neuromag 306 channels

Hi Sameer,

please have a look at the FT (in fieldtrip/private) function
"createlayout.m" (in the fieldtrip/private directory) which should be
able to create a layout for your Neuromag306 data on the fly. The
function takes a structure containing gradiometer information as
input. If you read in your data using "preprocessing.m" then the
gradiometer info will be contained in a field called data.grad.
