back from holiday and Biomag conference

Dear FieldTrip users,

I was out of office for some time (as you might have noticed). First
I was on holiday, and last week I attended the BIOMAG conference in
Vancouver. FieldTrip was well appreciated there by the experimentally
oriented people. Furthermore, I contacted some methods-oriented
researchers who are interested in implementing their ideas in FT.
Therefore I do expect some new users of our toolbox, and I also
expect that there will be some follow up on the ideas for new
developments that we discussed at the Biomag.

There is quite a list of questions on the mailing list that has not
been answered yet. I will attempt to answer them and/or comment upon
them.
