Hi Jose,


There are two source of information on the Fieldtrip website:

1. A tutorial (Clusterrandanalysis.pdf), that you can find under
Documentation. This tutorial uses data that can be found under Download.

2. A paper by Maris and Oostenveld (submitted) that shows why these
calculations are statistically sound (i.e., result in decisions that control
the false alarm rate) in a variety of designs.
