FieldTrip release 0.9.5 available

Dear all,

I have just made FieldTrip release 0.9.5 available, you can visit
http://www.ru.nl/fcdonders/fieldtrip to download it.

The most important changes consist of many small bug fixes.
Furthermore, we have made the code an the configuration options more
consistent over the various functions. In general, the new release
should just work better and it has already been in use within the FCDC
for some time.

PS If you are working inside the FC Donders Centre, you do not have to
download this release version. It is the same as the version on our
internal network (home/common)
