Dear all,
I would like to point you to the fact that there is a "bug" in one of
fieldtrip's plotting functions: topoplotER.m
You can specify for the data to be plotted, the time-interval, or the
frequency-interval you would like to have displayed.
The function is capable of plotting just one time-bin, or frequency-bin, if
you specify cfg.xlim = [x x], x being the latency or frequency you're
interested in.
HOWEVER, so far this only worked correctly if the wished for
latency/frequency was exactly present in the data. The function gives you a
completely wrong output, if that is not the case (the same thing goes if
your latency-window or frequency-window is in between consecutive
data-points in your data).
In future releases of this function, an explicit error will be given,
instead of silent and misleading nonsense.
Sorry for the potential inconvenience,
Jan-M
