[clean-list] windowsTcpIp.obj missing from Hilde

I was playing around with the examples and I noticed that
windowsTcpIp.objis missing from the "Hilde\OS Windows\Clean System
Files" in the binary
distribution. I went ahead and compiled it from the included C file, but
since this is a binary distribution I imagine that it is meant to come
precompiled, so I thought I'd let someone know.
