Excellent graduates and PhD students in mathematics and
computer science are invited to attend our summer school on
various topics in computer science, modeling, and applied
mathematics.

* K.-R. Müller (Fraunhofer FIRST, Germany): Machine Learning

* R. Riedi (Rice University, USA): Stochastic Systems and
Control in Networking and Finance
* U. Rüde (University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany):
Architecture-Aware Programming
Schedule
All lecturers start their lecture series with a basic
introduction and then specialize on more advanced topics.
During the two weeks, each participant may attend six
courses, each consisting of about 10 hours of lecturing
plus exercises. Credits will be granted for successful
participation.
