[clean-list] [ANN] htoclean 1.1 released

[Clean Support]

htoclean 1.1 is now available from:

http://www.cs.kun.nl/~clean/Download/Download_Libraries/download_libraries.html

htoclean 1.1 adds:

- passing some unboxed arrays ({#Int},{#Real} and {#Char}) from Clean to C.
- using hexadecimal constants.

Binary versions are currently available for windows and the macintosh.

For the other platforms binaries are not yet available, but they can be compiled from the source code, which is included in the available binary versions.
