[clean-list] [ANN] New libraries for Linux released

The following two libraries are released for Linux:

  - ExtendedArith 1.0: a library for big integers, rational & complex numbers.
  - Directory 1.1: (upgrade of Directory 1.0)

They cannot be downloaded from our webpages but via ftp:

  ftp://ftp.cs.kun.nl/pub/Clean/supported

The links on our webpages will be added later.
