[clean-list] Which Lib do I need?

Hi all,

I was wondering: to make Windows 9x GUI-applications, which library(s) do I
need. Both the "Object I/O 1.2.1" as well as the "I/O Library 0.8" ?
Or does "Object I/O 1.2.1" cover it all?
