The Concurrent Clean Language Report (version 1.3)

Hi,

I can't print or view the postscript version of the Concurrent
Clean Language Report (version 1.3).

when I type "gv refman13.ps" I get:

I can view the report using "acroread refman13.pdf", but I can't
print it from within acroread. I don't get an error, but our
postscript printer won't accept it.
