[ANN] CLAS 0.6 released

Version 0.6 of the Clean Linear Algebra Subroutines (CLAS)
has been released and can be downloaded from

	http://www.cs.kun.nl/~clean/download.html#CLAS

There is also a help page available.

CLAS 0.6 introduces partial pivoting for the LU factorization.
Some bugs were fixed and some functions were improved in efficiency.

Comments, remarks, suggestions are more than welcome.
