[ANN] Clean1.3.1 available for Linux (pc and ppc) and Solaris

Clean 1.3.1 is now available for Linux (PC/ELF and PowerMacintosh) and Solaris (sparc).

Clean 1.3.1 can be downloaded at:
    http://www.cs.kun.nl/~clean/download.html

The most important new features are:

- The CleanIDE is now available for these platforms.

- Faster compilation, because the codegenerator generates object files instead
  of assembly files (Linux versions).

- Fixed slow garbage collection bug in Clean 1.3 for linux. Added some
  garbage collection options (linux versions).
