Umlaut support

I thought that the Mac-IDE was written completely in Clean? Actually the
IDE under both MacPPC and Win95 is called "Clean-Version" on the
download-pages. But nontheless, if the new version - whichever it is ;-) -
supports Umlauts, everything is fine. No problem if that takes some time -
better wait some time longer and get a stable release.
