	Is it pronounced: (a) 'tupul', being derived from "two-tuple,
	three-tuple, multuple";
	                or (b), 'toople', eg. an innovation of Jimmy J. Tuple.

I pronounce it "tupp'l", sounding like "supple".
I've heard it pronounced "tyewp'l", sounding like "pupil".

The word "scruple" is pronounced like "screwp'l", which would
better fit the "tyewp'l" pronunciation.
