                    Bonn, Germany, September 2-6, 1996

Sponsored by the Association for Logic Programming

During JICSLP '96 there will be a separate poster session. The intent of
the poster session is to demonstrate interesting proposals and successful
solutions, and to provide a forum for discussions.

Posters can be submitted for any aspect of Logic Programming mentioned in
the JICSLP '96 call. Submissions focusing on tools supporting a better
usage of Logic Programming and on applications using Logic Programming are
specifically encouraged, e.g.

        . programming tools and methodologies
        . programming environments
        . open system architecture
. design and implementation of extended logic programming
           languages
. methods for teaching Logic Programming
        . key applications

Posters should have a size and a layout suitable for presentation on a
board. They should have at least A3 format, should use at least 18 point
characters, and should avoid long texts. Posters can have up to 8 A3 pages,
or a smaller number of larger pages covering the same space.

Posters should be submitted reduced to A4, and should be accompanied by an
abstract of at least one and not more than two pages explaining the content
of the presentation.

Poster presentations of papers submitted to JICSLP '96, or to one of the
JICSLP '96 workshops, are possible. If you plan to submit such a poster,
please do not wait until the notification of acceptance/rejection of your
JICSLP '96 paper.

Submissions can be sent electronically, or alternatively by mail, to either
poster session chairs. Content and layout of each submission will be
reviewed by the poster review committee.

Successful applicants should be present at the conference to discuss their
posters.

Accepted and presented posters will be included in a proceedings volume.
