<p class="MsoNormal">I have data acquired with BCI2000 and gtec amplifiers and am trying to convert to iEEG BIDS specification.

<p class="MsoNormal">The header information about channels is sometimes incomplete or incorrect and I would like to change channel names and types.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">When I provide names in the cfg.channels.name field of the data2bids function, the channels_tsv and json outputs are incorrect because data2bids seems to be reading from the *.dat file hdr and merging channels that are named differently
with the hdr channels. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">What is the best way to change channel names during the BIDS conversion process for subjects who are recorded with channel modifications that are not reflected in the data header?<o:p></o:p></p>
