<p>Hi Lynn,</p>
<p>if you finished the steps you showed in the picture, the layout
should be saved to the "layout_ecog" variable according to your
code, which you then could save for reloading and specify as
cfg.layout argument in the plotting functions.</p>
<p>But if you are using a system which consists of subsets of
electrodes from a larger system, you could alternatively load an
exisiting layout for that system and delete those entries (in the
pos, label, width and height field) from that structure, which are
not used in your system.</p>
