<div class="">It is a warning rather than an error. You should be able to plot ‘grandavg_Baseline’ with ft_multiplotER provided you have a layout of your electrode setup.</div>
<div class="">Also you might want to try ‘grandavg_Baseline = ft_freqgrandaverage(cfg, BGA{:});’. It will tidy your script a bit. </div>

I am calculating the freq grand average for all baseline data which has been through preprocessing and FFT, with some channels being interpolated during the cleaning of the data. </div>
