Thank you for the suggestion! Unfortunately, while running ft_compile_mex I get the error that several of the source files cannot be found (see below). I also tried the alternative way (using mex) but then the files can't be found either.</div>

<div class="">You may want to try and compile the mex files from scratch for your OS and Matlab version. There is some more documentation on the website about the compilation of mex-files (e.g. search for ft_compile_mex, or more generally for mex).</div>

I've a new version of MacOS and fieldtrip functions don't seem to work anymore. I get the error that mexmaci64 files cannot be opened. I've looked at the link below, and followed the instructions. However, this only seems to work for running ft_default, but
I keep receiving the error for other functions (e.g. ft_preprocessing). Does anyone know what the problem might be, or have an idea for a solution?</div>
