<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: 12.0px;"><div>Dear Community,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I have run a connectivity analysis using cfg.paramter = wpli with all possible channel combinations and several timepoints for 23 subjects.</div>
<div>Now my aim is to test the result statistically for significance, which I have done by using cfg.statistic = depsamplesT over montecarlo simulations. I have received a tf_stat struct with the usual fiels "prob", "mask", "stat" and so on. Now my question ist, how do I plot most effectively the results? For plotting I would choose "prob", furthermore I was thinking about a topoplot, but this is denied by the error message "Array indices must be positive integers or logical values."</div>
<div>Do you have any suggestions for any kinf of plotting those statistical results?</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Thank you so much, every suggestiong will be appreciated,</div>
<div>best,</div>
