<p><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#212529">My name is Charlotte Ohmer and I am working in the teaching hospital Charité in Berlin in the field of Sleepmedicine. Currently I am analyzing data of clinical trials which investigate
the impact that high-frequency radiation has on your sleep and on some cognitive tasks.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#212529">We already have human scored sleep-data here but thought about using Fieldtrip to make the statistical analysis of them.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#212529">We couldn’t find an answer to the general question if it is possible to use the statistics-functions of Fieldtrip with our own pre-scored edf data, or if we really have to go through
the whole analysis pipeline to get the right input for the statistics functions.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#212529">Or maybe there’s a way to modify our own data so it mimics the previous output of the Fieldtrip-function which is needed.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span lang="EN" style="font-family:"Segoe UI",sans-serif;color:#212529">It would be great if someone could help us, because our main goal is to get to know Fieldtrip better and hopefully use it also in future projects.
